Donna spent her early years growing up in a small west Quebec town near Ottawa. She loves and feels a strong calling to minister and serve the people of the National Capital Region. As the Serve Team Leader, Donna is passionate about her community and seeing people find purpose and a place to serve that is meaningful and life giving. Donna gives leadership to the serving ministries of Sequoia that reach out within the church, to our local community, and internationally. She has an infectious spirit of service and loves to walk that passion out in every area of her life, and the life of the church.

As a former social worker, Donna loves people and leads our caring and outreach ministries at Sequoia, helping the church be the hands and feet of Jesus. One of her favourite verses is Matthew 25:40, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these…you did it for Me. When Donna is not serving, she loves the outdoors, gardening, 4x4ing , cooking and spending time with family at the farm and cabin.
